Yes, being an adult may mean not cheating through life but for some people it may mean beating the system without getting caught.
In which case they may fail their exam but full marks for work-around/out-of-the-box thinking.įor some poor souls the exam then becomes less about the exam itself and more about beating the system. The pitfall of this is that some more proficient students might reroute their traffic through a proxy or use the web connection for remote access. They are preparing to be adults, so give them the benefit of the doubt, if they choose to cheat their way through life, they should know there will be reprecussions! I'd leave them with access to the internet, but give them a warning that internet traffic is recorded/monitored, any unauthorised use during exams will mean instant failure.
